Accordwest services are individualised and are specifically tailored to meet an individual’s needs. It’s all about quality, clinical safety, flexibility and equality. They offer culturally appropriate services on behalf of the WA Primary Health Alliance (Primary Health Network) where you can access:

  • Early intervention
  • Counselling and psychotherapy
  • Connection to coordinated treatment and referral pathways
  • Referral to specialist services (e.g. residential rehabilitation)
  • Connection to other services that can help you (e.g. mental health, family reconnection, housing, domestic violence, training and education)
  • Safety and harm minimisation
  • Withdrawal management
  • Post treatment support and relapse prevention
  • Case management, care planning and coordination.

Palmerston support individuals, families and communities affected by alcohol and other drug issues. Services include:

  • information
  • one-to-one counselling
  • family counselling
  • residential rehabilitation
  • preparation for our residential rehabilitation program
  • group support
  • support for people with both mental health and alcohol and other drug concerns
  • counselling and support for clients involved with the law including court diversion programs and completing community based orders and complying with parole conditions
  • continuing care for people who have completed a program and wish to stay connected with support for longer
  • Self-management and recovery (SMART) groups.
